There are many fun and rewarding ways to get involved in Royal CIty Kids or The MiX. Greeting, checking in families, teaching or providing support during the week are ways you can serve. Commitment: Twice a month for lead teachers and once a month for support roles.
Our greeters are some of the first friendly faces a person meets when stepping onto campus. The greeters are responsible for welcoming people, helping direct people traffic before and after services, as well as answer any questions. Commitment: once or twice a month.
Our hosts make coffee and prepare refreshments for Sunday morning. This is a fun community oriented team with a variety of tasks and hands needed. Commitment: once or twice a month before service.
As a family of God, we are convinced of the power of prayer. We are a team that offers prayer and support to the members and attendees of Sanctuary. Commitment: once or twice a month after each service.
Set-Up & Tear-Down Team
Ever wonder how church in a box works? Sanctuary would not exist without the set-up crew. From putting up the signs to helping get the Sanctuary Kids rooms ready there is a spot for everyone! Commitment: once or twice a month before first service and 45 minutes after service to pack everything away in our on-site storage.
Sanctuary Ushers help people find seating during the worship services, hand out bulletins, collect the offering, serve communion and help with any general needs that people may have. Commitment: once or twice a month during service.
Volunteers on our worship team use their abilities as an expression of worship to Jesus through music. They lead worship sessions during our services and events, singing or playing in the band. Commitment: once or twice a month.
