I'm feeling overwhelmed by how often my children and spouse are getting sick this year. Our eldest has missed 5 days of school this quarter alone due to sickness and injury. Max and Kayla both have fevers today and I feel like I don't even know how to pray, an that my prayers for them are not working. I'm trying to be persistent, but it hurts to see them so ill, so often. I thank God that I'm home and am able to be here for every moment.

Please pray for my boss' wife, Oksana. She is having some health issues and they don't know what is causing it. Problem centers around chest pains, but it doesn't seem to be her heart. She is very worried and so is my boss. They are a young couple with two small children. - Thank you!

Changes in leadership at work are leading to turmoil and struggle for me. I feel as though my opinion doesn't matter, and it's tough to operate in this environment. I am asking you to pray that God gives me guidance on the next step for me. I don't know if I should seek employment elsewhere, internal or external to the company. I don't know if I should stick it out and things will be better once this transition is over. I am asking you to join me in prayer to ask God to open doors for me and point me in the direction He would have me go. Thank you in advance.

I am anticipating a difficult week ahead as I set out to sort, divide, and disperse my mothers household goods. Her house must be sold to provide means for the nursing home care she requires. She is opposed to this plan. There is agonizing family dysfunction to deal with along with the physical challenges that come with sorting, packing and moving boxes. May I be an instrument of God's peace and exemplify the character of Christ during the difficult days ahead.

I've just learned that a friend's 17 year old daughter was raped at a party by two football players. All the proper legal procedures have been taken to give the case to the prosecutor, but the girl is afraid. Pray for her physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Pray for the courage to press charges and to trust their punishment to the courts. Pray for wisdom for her parents and counselors. This is a suffering family and I believe that only our Father can bring peace and healing. These boys should be charged, but that will not erase the pain. Life has been changed for this family forever, but God is able to bring something good out of evil.

Please pray for John and Cheryl in San Antonio, TX. John is my friend and colleague. He has had two back surgeries in the past 10 days and has been discharged from the hospital, please pray for his swift recovery and rehabilitation. His wife Cheryl has been diagnosed with manic depression and is having a tough time dealing with John being incapacitated. She is currently hospitalized. Please pray for her healing.

I am taking things one at a time but at times i cannot be strong, and now is one of those time. I am dealing with cancer and trying to be there for my children. The people around me are only concerned about themselves and thier addictions, and do not see the big picture of what is really going on. My childrens father is helping out as much as he can but he has to work alot to pay the bills. i'm trying my hardest to have a postive attitude but the fridge is bare the kids are missing the attintion that i give the house is a wreck and i don't have a clue what is going to happen from here. please pray for my children and all that are asround me to be strong while i am weak and to be there for my children..
