Thanks to God expressed in Generosity

This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, others will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else. And in their prayers for you their hearts will go out to you, because of the surpassing grace God has given you. Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift! (2 Corinthians 9:12-15)

Why does God desire our generosity? Because it meets the practical needs of people and it expresses our deepest thanks for his gift of eternal life. The result of faithful, self-less, cheerful giving is an inspiration to others walking the faith with Jesus.  In other words, generosity when applied with faith is able to change hearts, minds and souls to the glory of God.

Sanctuary encourages regular attenders to give financially to support the work of ministy in Columbus and mission partners around the globe. We also welcome the generostiy of one-time givers and those outside of Sanctuary.  We commit to have the highest integrity in financial business and accounting.  Our finance team is available to answer any questions with regards to giving.
