Distinctives

Biblical - (following God’s word) – We will follow God primarily through what we read and interpret in the scriptures.  There is nothing in this world that happens that takes God by surprise.  The bible speaks to the human condition and reminds us that we are God’s.

Transformational – (surrendering to God’s purpose) – We believe that following Jesus is a continuous act of surrender.  There’s no one and done!  We absolutely belief that becoming like Jesus is the best thing you can do for your life.  And the process for reaching spiritual maturity requires intentional living with ones that know your heart and your walk.

Relational – (joining the journey with others) – Each of us was made to connect with another person for spiritual accountability.  We are also made to have fun…to enjoy one another and celebrate major milestones.  We are also made to grieve well with one another through hardships and struggles.  When we show our weaknesses, God’s strength grows even stronger.

Missional – (being the gospel to the world) – Individually and collectively we have a clear direction from Jesus where he wanted us to go; into all nations and make disciples of them.  That includes locally in Columbus, Ohio and globally outside of the United States.
